- Pan-fried salmon fillet with lyonnaise potatoes, sweet and sour peppers and sun blushed tomatoes
- Free range chicken served in a ‘coq au vin’ sauce with creamed mashed potatoes and braised carrots
- Slow roasted belly of pork with parsnip puree and caramelised apples
- Confit of duck leg with a duck faggot served with fondant potato and a cherry gravy
- Cheshire cheese and onion pie served with a parsley sauce
